Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after the 7-day window, are not eligible for a return.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
