Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Times
- 🇮🇱 Israel: 7–21 business days
- 🌍 International (EU, US, AU, CA and 20+ countries): 14–30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package in real time.
Delays During peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to customs clearance, delivery may take slightly longer. These delays are outside our control, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
